The FUEL® Framework

FIND Your Why

In this phase, we aim to create a clear and compelling vision of your desired career goal. I will work with you to clarify your goal and why it’s important to you. Through various NLP exercises, you will gain stronger awareness of yourself and the values you hold towards a career.

UNCOVER Your Breakthrough

In this phase, we will uncover the fears, challenges and limiting beliefs you have which may hinder you from achieving your career goal. I will then apply NLP therapy techniques to remove or neutralize these obstacles for you, so you can achieve the breakthrough needed to propel you to the next phase of acting on your goal.

EXPLORE Your Options

In this phase, we will develop a strategy for achieving your career goal. I will work with you to explore options culminating into a SMART action plan, and identify the risks, resources and skills needed to deliver this plan. NLP techniques such as anchoring, visualizations will be used to build some of the required resources.

LAUNCH Your Game-Plan

In this phase, I will work with you to implement your action plan and make progress towards your career goal. Where relevant, any extra clearance of interferences or building of resources will be done to help you integrate and stick to new behaviors and habits. We will evaluate your progress at regular time-points and make any necessary adjustments to your strategy to ensure continued success.
