What Drives Me
Inspired by my family upbringing, I’ve been driven to serve and positively impact my community since young. This drive to serve was the reason that I chose a career in healthcare, where I could make a tangible difference in people’s lives every day. My proudest career moments included launching meaningful medicines and innovative telehealth to developing countries in Asia, where lower-income patients could benefit the most.
This same drive has now led me to coaching, where I support individuals like yourself to realize your full potential.

My Life Value
Throughout my life, I make it a priority to invest in my own growth and development, be it personal or professional.
On the personal front, I challenged myself to live with pets, bunjee-jump, and speak on stage. On the career front, I constantly stretched myself, having made geographical, functional, leadership transitions (with GSK, Philips Healthcare) and advanced my qualifications (Coach Certification from ICF, MBA from INSEAD, NLP Master Practitioner).

Snippets of My Life
My life has been shaped by diverse international experiences that stem from my passion for travel, learning, and helping others. To date, I have stepped foot in >100 cities around the world, lived, studied and worked across 3 continents, and volunteered in several Asian countries. In early 2023, I took to the theatre stage and did storytelling to a fully-packed audience of 100. These experiences not only fueled my personal growth, but also served as a constant reminder of my ikigai – my reason for being i.e. to create a positive people impact.
